HLT | DLT has established a 12,000㎡ R&D building which contains the Product Testing Laboratory, Hydraulic & Control Laboratory, Process Technology Laboratory, Inspection Center, Experiment Center, etc. It has carried out many fruitful R&D experiments, serving as a booster of research development and an incubator of research achievements for HLT | DLT.

For R&D and testing, we have API laser tracker, mobile direct reading spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, coating thickness gauge, alignment instrument, etc. For the product design, we use SolidWorks for full three-dimensional design, SolidWorks Flow Simulation for fluid analysis, etc. We are a national CAD application engineering demonstration enterprise.

HLT | DLT boasts a dedicated R&D team of 135 members, with expertise covering the fields of machinery, hydraulics, electrical automation, material forming, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, fluid mechanics, thermal energy engineering, driving system, etc. ensuring HLT | DLT 's robust R&D capabilities and sustained development power.

HLT | DLT has 2 provincial-level engineering technology research centers, 2 provincial-level enterprise technology centers, and 1 provincial-level industrial design center. Additionally, by collaborating with Foshan Xianhu Laboratory, HLT | DLT established the "Advanced Zero-Carbon Combustion Technology Joint Innovation Research Center".

HLT | DLT has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with universities and research institutions including Tsinghua University, South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Jingdezhen Ceramic University, Guangdong Machinery Research Institute, and Foshan Xianhu Laboratory.
