Guangdong Cadello New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Cadello") has successfully commissioned its high-performance, eco-friendly cement based pigment firing kiln powered entirely by green electricity. The kiln achieved stable production from day one and is now delivering steadily.

As a high-tech enterprise in South China focused on chemical raw materials and products, Cadello has gained increasing recognition both in China and globally. With its high-value products and services, the company has built a strong reputation in global markets. Cadello currently operates 4 production lines, with 4 additional lines planned for future expansion.
Upon full operation, the facility is expected to deliver impressive annual output volumes:
Approximately 6,500 tons of ceramic pigments
Around 3,000 tons of high-temperature pigments
Roughly 30,000 tons of ceramic glazes
About 5,000 tons of ceramic inks
Annual sales revenue is projected to reach RMB 350 million.
In response to China's Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality strategy and the manufacturing industry's transition to green electricity, Cadello is taking concrete action. Its Phase I (1,204.66 kW) and Phase II (1,250 kW) distributed photovoltaic projects were successfully connected to the grid in January and May 2025, respectively.
Together, they supply approximately 2.5 million kWh of clean electricity annually—equivalent to saving 727 tons of standard coal and cutting CO₂ emissions by about 1,920 tons each year. The project not only strengthens Cadello's green electricity capacity but also serves as a "green symbol" of its fully electric kiln system.

The newly launched all-electric firing kiln—along with its automated conveying and loading/unloading systems—was fully customized by DLT Technology. Powered entirely by green electricity, the system achieves zero emissions and paves a new path for sustainable production of functional pigments across multiple industries.
Stable Production from Day One: Uniform color development, consistent firing, and reliable quality—delivered with a green and eco-friendly approach. Based on a designed daily output of 3.8 tons, the kiln can help reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 450 tons per year.

Advantages:
1. Multiple precisely controlled temperature zones for rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution.
2. Patented KHI kiln insulation and energy-saving system to minimize power consumption and reduce costs.
3. PLC intelligent integrated control enabling smart production and cutting labor by 50%.
Efficient recovery and reuse of kiln waste heat for high efficiency, energy savings, intelligent control, safety, and stable operation.
4. ST Series Multi-Functional CNC Power Controller: Compact design with easy operation. 5. It supports precise control in α, U, I, and P modes. The controller features fast response, accurate current regulation, low reactive power, and low energy consumption.
6. Segmented Heating Elements: Combines high-temperature silicon carbide rods with low-temperature resistance wires for higher thermal efficiency and lower power usage.
7. Ejector-Type Automatic Kiln Pressure Control: Ensures low exhaust volume, stable kiln pressure, and minimal heat loss.
8. Compact and Efficient Kiln Interior Layout: Features indirect cooling and minimal hot air fluctuation, further reducing thermal energy loss.
9. Alpha Blue Series Control Panels: Clean appearance with easy disassembly and maintenance.
The supporting machinery, including the automatic loading/unloading system, continuous lift, and conveyor line, features patented technologies independently developed by DLT Technology from HLT&DLT. These systems offer outstanding advantages such as stable operation, high efficiency, a high level of automation, low power consumption, and reduced wear and tear.
Notably, the automatic distributing system is being applied in the industry for the first time. It not only solves the challenge of discharging ultra-fine powder, but also enables rapid, one-step filling of multiple saggars. This breakthrough meets production demands with innovation and provides a comprehensive solution for enterprise automation.
The practice of "Green Electricity" is accelerating the transition to clean energy, injecting fresh momentum into sustainable business growth. Looking ahead, DLT Technology from HLT&DLT will replicate its dual-engine model of "Green Electricity + Intelligent Manufacturing" across broader fields and more industries, forging ahead toward a greener, cleaner future together.
