Vacuum Pug Mill

The vacuum pug mill is a mechanical device designed for vacuum extraction and spiral pressure extrusion of soft raw materials used in tableware production.

1. Made of stainless steel, it features a direct driving system controlled by inverter, enabling independent adjustment of rotation speeds, with stable vacuum performance and densely compacted green bodies.
2. The upper and lower shafts, as well as the pressing rollers, are directly driven by hard tooth surface gear reducers individually, with simple structure and convenient for maintenance.
3. The blades adopt small spiral angle to generate high extrusion pressure.
4. When integrated with robot palletizing system, it can significantly reduce labor intensity and enhance production efficiency.
