Focusing on "6+1" Advanced Ceramics Sectors
Global Deployment of Complete Production Line Projects Set Numerous Industry Benchmarks
According to Mr. Jinxian LI, General Manager of DLT Technology's Advanced Ceramics Complete Production Line Division, the company has refined its focus from 12 sectors to 6 main segments in 2025: tableware, sanitary ceramics, cellular ceramics, refractory materials, powder calcination, and extruded bricks and tiles. In addition, DLT Technology is nurturing a high-potential emerging business in electrical ceramics—forming a strategic "6+1" growth map.
In the high-end whiteware segment, which includes tableware and sanitary ceramics, DLT Technology's complete production line projects have been successfully launched in regions such as Jiangxi, Hunan, and Henan in China, as well as in India, Indonesia, Turkey, Algeria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Ghana. With features like high output and low energy consumption, these projects have been widely praised by customers.
In the field of cellular ceramics, DLT Technology has delivered benchmark projects in Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, and Shandong. It is now upgrading traditional 3-layer kilns to multi-layer tunnel kilns, achieving both higher capacity and lower energy consumption. A new multi-layer tunnel kiln project is set to go live this year.
Electrical ceramics, an emerging and highly promising segment, not only aligns with China's power grid upgrades but also taps into the growing opportunities of global grid development under the Belt and Road Initiative. DLT Technology's first model project for electrical ceramics is expected to launch in the second half of this year.
For all "6+1" advanced ceramics sectors, DLT Technology positions itself as a turnkey provider of complete production line solutions. This includes the entire production process—from raw material preparation and pressing machinery to kiln firing, drying, post-kiln sorting, packaging, warehousing, and in-process handling and conveying systems. DLT Technology also supports customers in building production teams and offering process and technical services. This end-to-end service model has been widely praised by customers globally.

Three Flagship Exhibits
Redefine Technical Standards
At the recently concluded Guangzhou Ceramic Industry Exhibition, DLT Technology showcased three "hardcore" innovations at its booth, underscoring its technological leadership in the advanced ceramics sector.
The first highlight was its ultra-wide, high-output kiln systems. DLT Technology's sanitary ware ceramic kilns can reach an internal width of 4.7 meters and a length of 150 meters, with a daily capacity of up to 6,000 pieces. The company is also the first in the industry to produce a 2.4-meter-wide roller kiln for tableware, capable of delivering 80,000 pieces per day. Its tunnel kilns for tableware can reach a daily output of 200,000 pieces. In the cellular ceramics segment, DLT Technology is the first to offer kilns with a 3.6-meter internal width.
These kilns are equipped with patented technologies such as the OCE Optimized Combustion Energy-Saving System and the KHI Insulation Energy-Saving System. They also feature a high-precision digital flow control system that accurately adjusts the air-fuel ratio for optimal combustion, improved thermal efficiency, and broader automatic temperature control range. DLT Technology's sanitary ware tunnel kilns can achieve an energy consumption as low as 700 kcal/kg.c, while its roller kilns for tableware can operate at just 950 kcal/kg.c — delivering significant cost savings for its customers.
Mr. Jinxian LI also revealed that DLT Technology is developing robotic kiln-loading technology, which will greatly reduce manual labor intensity and help customers address labor shortages.
The second highlight was the isostatic press for tableware. Widely adopted globally, this advanced pressing method overcomes the limitations of traditional wet jiggering machines. Featuring a 3-beam, 4-column structure with exceptional fatigue resistance, it supports automated continuous production, significantly shortening the production cycle.
While maintaining low energy consumption, it efficiently manufactures complex and irregular products such as bowls, tea sets, and decorative ceramics. The system also offers high flexibility in switching product lines. With a body moisture content as low as 3%, secondary drying is largely unnecessary, and product density is greatly improved.
The third exhibit showcased DLT Technology's AI-powered digital twin system. Inspired by cutting-edge satellite launch technologies, the system deeply integrates AI-driven data collection and analysis. It enables real-time monitoring and active optimization of kiln firing temperatures and loading density, intelligent control of production machinery, and predictive maintenance with repair alerts.
This innovation not only empowers factory managers with stronger decision-making tools but also lays the foundation for future AI-driven smart factories.

Looking Ahead to the Net-Zero Era:
A "Dual Safeguard" of Green Technology Reserves
In response to the looming “carbon economy" and the potential rise of global "green trade barriers", DLT Technology has built a forward-looking reserve of two major zero-carbon combustion technologies—both already proven in mass production. These innovations are designed to help clients stay ahead in the green transition and effectively navigate future carbon tariffs.
One of the breakthroughs is the World's First Ammonia-Hydrogen Zero-Carbon Combustion Kiln for Ceramic Slabs and Tiles, which officially began mass production at Monalisa in September 2024. DLT Technology now plans to expand this technology into pilot-scale production for the whiteware segment.
In electric kiln technology, DLT Technology already has mature applications in areas such as powder calcination. These include electric atmosphere-protected pusher kilns and roller kilns, as well as electric-heated roller kilns for new materials—laying a solid foundation for zero-carbon production across more industries in the future.
