HLT Wins Guangdong Patent Award for Energy-Saving Innovation

Recently, the People's Government of Guangdong Province announced the Notice on Commending the Winning Units and Individuals of the 10th Guangdong Patent Award. HLT Industry received the Excellence Award for its patented innovation, "An Energy-Saving Control Method and Device for Ceramic Tile Press Pump Stations". This marks HLT&DLT’s first Guangdong Patent Award, following 6 previous wins at the China Patent Awards. It represents a major breakthrough for HLT&DLT, highlighting its strong R&D capabilities and innovation strength.

The 10th Guangdong Patent Awards are divided into 7 technical groups based on the IPC classification. They cover mechanics, optoelectronics, materials, electronics, telecommunications, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals. A separate group is set for industrial design. In the "Mechanics" group, HLT stood alongside leading names such as BYD, Gree Electric, KUKA Robotics, EHang, CSSC Offshore, GMCC, GD Midea Heating & Ventilating Equipment, and top institutions like South China University of Technology and the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, CAS.

HLT's award-winning patent, "An Energy-Saving Control Method and Device for Ceramic Tile Press Pump Stations", features an innovative dual-valve coupling control technology that is cost-effective and easy to maintain. This system enables efficient, precise, and direct control of pressure output from the pump station — the "heart" of the ceramic brick press — and delivers significant energy-saving results in practical application.
